Revelamos o tão esperado menu para a Curry Night desta semana. Estamos a meio da edição, e nesta quarta, 13, iremos receber a cozinha tailandesa do @baansaraivas. Os nossos convidados vão preparar uma Salada de Papaia Verde Frita, Khao Soi e Caril Vermelho de Pato, entre outras receitas. Do nosso lado, trazemos pratos inéditos: um pão de banana fermentada de Mangalore recheado com Lagosta Masala; Peixe Galo Tikka ao estilo de Hariyali ou Frango Masala Afegão.
